Today we celebrate Sandy Bertrand’s 8th anniversary at Matrix Communications! Sandy is our customer service representative who acts as the warm and friendly voice of Matrix. She handles all phone calls and customer service emails, coordinates and dispatches service technicians, performs all invoicing for projects, fulfills maintenance contracts, and responds to all other customer needs.
