This project is part of the City of Syracuse’s initiative to modernize and streamline its operations and services for the benefit of its residents and businesses. Matrix Communications will work closely with Zmir Equities, the developer of Park Place, to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective solution that meets the City’s needs and expectations.
